Heastie Is the New Bronx Boss, Judge Rules

A Democratic operative attending State Senator Ruben Diaz's turkey giveaway here in the Bronx just told me a judge ruled in favor of Assemblyman Carl Heastie, who has been trying for some time now to wrestle control of the Bronx Democratic Party from Jose Rivera.
Heastie confirmed his victory with a quick text message to me, "thank u."
