ALBANY—Officials are still counting the ballots in two upstate congressional races.
Representative Michael Arcuri said yesterday he's "cautiously optmistic" he'll maintain his 6,400 vote lead over Republican challenger Chris Hanna. There are 17,000 absentee ballots to be counted.
Representative Randy Kuhl is behind Democratic challenger Eric Massa by 4,000 votes. Kuhl has filed an injunction, and officials will count the remaining 11,000 ballots next week.
