ALBANY—Lobbying queen Patricia Lynch announced in an embossed postcard that her firm has opened a New York City office.
Lynch, a former top aide to Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, was the second-highest grossing lobbyist in 2007. There are already offices in Albany, White Plains and Buffalo.
Next stop? Panama City, where, according to the postcard, an office will open in 2009.
